Before you write in

A few things we get asked a lot:

• Where's my order? You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships (usually 1–2 business days after you order). Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating.
• Why did my order arrive in separate packages? That's normal — items ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order often arrives in stages. Each package has its own tracking number.
• I want to return something. You have 30 days from delivery. Message us with your order number and we'll get it started.
