Return and Refund Policy

At Alki Performance, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's what to know about returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Restocking fee: $0 — there is no restocking fee.

How to request a return

To start a return, email us at alkiperformance@gmail.com (or use our contact form) with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not ship anything back before receiving emailed instructions from us.

Refunds

For most items, we issue a returnless refund — you keep or donate the item and we refund your purchase to the original payment method. If we do need an item back, we will email you a prepaid return label and the correct return address.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at alkiperformance@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund it at no cost to you — no return shipment needed.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, email us at alkiperformance@gmail.com within 15 minutes of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations requested after that window.
